I’m really happy I chose UK Storage. The facility is excellent and well organised. It was easy to set up the account initially online and make the first payment. You are texted a code and your locker number for the gate nearer your booking. You then can come and go as you please within working hours or for a small charge you can have 24/7 access. On your first arrival you just get yourself there and find your locker using the helpful floor plan near the lift. On the floor of your locker is a little box with your barrel lock (purchased on sign up). Then have fun making many trips using the trolleys and lifts as much as you want. Weekdays are quieter so therefore your trips will be quicker.

They’re a really nice bunch of people who run the facility and they made our moving home experience that bit less stressful. Thanks to Aidan for finishing up our account in the custom efficient and friendly manner. I received a refund for the days I didn’t use which was a bonus. Thanks. 😊

In order to qualify for a significant discount we needed to take delivery of our new kitchen well before the scheduled installation date and hence we needed to arrange secure and environmentally controlled storage quickly. Everything was arranged quickly and smoothly and our kitchen was moved into store within a few days. Our initial payment covered the 1st 4 week period and a fresh new lock for the unit.
Security was good as only ourselves and any person/s nominated by us were permitted on site and we held the key of our storage unit. Our exit from storage was arranged equally easily and on our confirmation that we had completely vacated the unit, the account was finalized and any refund of the 4 weekly storage charges due was paid quickly. Excellent service throughout.
