Having never used a storage facility before, it was a little daunting to say the least, especially as we were looking to store the complete contents of a 3-bed house. From the first conversation, I was made to feel comfortable. They recommended a certain sized unit and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The facility was spotlessly clean and well organised with plenty of trollies at the entrance to make light work. The unit felt very secure indeed with CCTV cameras to protect our worldly items. I had to phone their team on several occasions and the phone was answered immediately by a member of the team who actually enjoys their job! Access into the storage facility is be secure key code and you have your own personal lock for the actual unit inside. Next time we need storage, it will be UK Storage for us, without question. Literally everything was easy. Thank you to all the team!

I choose UK Storage because it was a fair price for the volume, access (24/7) and security. Access to talk "a person" through options was helpful. The total process of quote, query, onboarding and exit (I reduced my capacity) was smooth. When a couple of issued arouse they were addressed in less than an hour.

I have never used this service before, so approached it with some trepidation, but the whole process was so easy, the staff who were local were so helpful and obliging when I made some amendments to my booking. The pricing was clear and unambiguous. When I actually went to visit the room I had booked I was very impressed with the cleansness of the whole building and my room in particular. The site was very secure and I felt very confident that my property was secure and kept in pristine conditions. I terminated my agreement after two and a half months and again that transaction was very easy and I actually done it by talking to a real person. I would be happy to recommend this site to anybody who wanted to store items in the short term
