I’ve been a customer with a large unit since 2020 (mid pandemic) when I had to move out of a property with minimal notice. The team helped me source a unit and gave great advice about getting a cost effective deal.
Fast forward to 2023 when I realise I have to deal with my stuff or risk becoming a fully accredited hoarder!
When it became apparent I could not clear the whole unit in one go, I called up and the lovely team helped me come up with a solution, enabling me to move the remaining items to a much smaller unit right near to the original one.
Great service and the people I spoke to were also kind and compassionate, which was really appreciated.

Great storage unit space, used them for about a year to store excess furniture from a house move. Very easy to access whenever I need and very secure. Customer service were always easy to call if needed and would always pick up the phone / respond to emails immediately. Highly recommend.

Very professional from the outset to the finish when I no longer needed the storage facility. Without exception the staff were extremely helpful in guiding me through the set up and the operation of the facility. Giving notice was easy and I had a refund within days for what I was due rental wise. Excellent Team.

Great staff, very helpful. The price was great and 24/7 access.
There wasn't anything to much for the staff they always went above and beyond for us.
