This is the second time i have used UK Storage Company and I must say it is such a reliable company. it is really easy to set up an account and access the units. they are very secure and available to access 24/7. Although they are not manned, I have attended late in the evening, and feel safe and secure. It is well lit. i would highly recommend this company for all of your storage needs.

We used uk self storage in tunstall recently during complications with a smooth move. Contact with the staff was straight forward and helpful. They explained the process and cost. The booking was also straight forward. Fortunately the units were well sign posted on a main road. Easy parking. Fortunately it was quiet on both occasions for unloading and loading. There could have been a problem if it had been busy given there is only one lift. We felt it would have been more helpful if the trolleys had been larger or some of them. It was positive that staff were responsive over the phone when I had a need to contact the service. They were helpful, friendly and informative. We would recommend this service

Fantastic service, I booked the storage as a back up for a house move, just in case we didn’t complete before we had to move out, I paid the first month in advance, I didn’t actually need the storage in the end and I was refunded all the money, brilliant, can’t ask for more than that.
