Overcharged and unhygienic

Nails did turn out very nice but there are definitely questionable hygiene standards (cuticles pushed back using nail tech’s long fingernail, for example, rather than a tool) and also got conned into paying £40 rather than £25 for extensions because they chose to use gel without checking with me. Was then slightly hassled when I had to get extra money.
