We will always try to diagnose a faults over the phone as you may be able to fix a fault yourself.

Many issues are related to poor flow and dirty filters so sometimes a little clean and rinse of these can help. Sometimes a more thorough service is required, you can rest assured that with our experience and knowledge we can get your tub back into tip top condition.

We have a few different levels of services which have been designed to do as much as needed depending on your requirements, please feel free to contact us for more information on our products and services.

We will always quote you an hours slot so you don't have to wait in all day for a technician to arrive.

We will always try to resolve your issues on a first visit but on the rare occasion a part is needed that we didn't have with us the first time then we won't charge for the return visit call out.
