Wonderful service! I have not even set eyes on the contact person Steve. We spoke on phone, exchanged emails and text messages to agree what needs to be done. He visited the unoccupied property on his own, understood what I wanted even when I hadn’t given him details and made provision to accommodate them. Job was done, I was quite busy and would have had to travel an hour to reach him, he suggested I shouldn’t bother. He sent me a video recording and it was excellent. In terms of pricing and payment he was also quite adaptable to the situation. We had Power issues at the property and he sorted out a generator a minimal cost. Very responsive and usually communicates when he’s busy or not available. The whole project was delivered just as discussed and envisioned. I will definitely use them again and recommend this company to all. They’ve earned my trust.
