Awful service woman on counter messed order up denied I had ordered banners which I had proof I did , messed up replacement never go here they've got no customer care at all

I placed two orders at this shop UKbanner man. Which they got one order wrong and misplaced another order I had made with them. Their shop stated online that it was open until 5pm on a Saturday. So I went to pick my balloons and banners I had ordered for my sons 2nd birthday to party, to which the shop was shut and I was unable to collect until Monday. I had to go out and buy more balloons and banners. I asked for them to put a bus on my sons birthday banner and it was just blue and white with no bus. I think the customer service in this shop is disgraceful, and the owner himself speaks to his wife terrible in front of customers which isn’t very nice or professional. The lady said she had called me to pick my balloons up and the man said they never had my phone number, when they did have it on my order. So that caused them to argue. I would never return here.

Fab service for banners for my little boys christening and birthday. Would definitely return to use again. Thank you!!!

Called into this store last minute to get bits for my mums 60th. Alls i can say is, great products! Fantastic service & it makes a lovely change to meet such lovely kind people. Would highly recommend this store to anyone!
