U 1st Nails & Beauty Salon

I had my nails done by the older lady, she literally took my nails off whilst removing gel. My nails are all bruised underneath. She applied gel around my nail onto the skin and burnt my hands. Nails were messy! Do not recommend!!!

Absolutely disgusted. This used to be my local. The old woman did my nails and the design was tacky and not at all what I asked for. It was smudged and carelessly done. Her excuse was that she couldn’t see, well you shouldn’t be doing nails if you cannot provide a decent service. I then returned to have my nail design changed, for my nails to then fall off. They have barely stayed on for 3 days. Charged £35 and given a poor service. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful place!!! They say they don’t take bookings but the two men in there always have there clients coming in while everyone else has to wait up to 3 hours. How is It fair that only certain people can have appointments and Everyone else has to wait hours?? Everyone should be treated the same! No special treatment for certain people! I have just had my nails done and I am so disappointed, I had them painted with normal nail varnish she told me your fine to go they are dry.. soon as I drove home 5 of the 10 nails was smudged and chipped!!! I have had to take all the nail varnish off and re paint them myself!!!! You can go back in and get them re painted but I didn’t fancy waiting another 2 nd a half hours !!!! Absolutely shocking place!!! And they make there own prices up as they go along.. the only people that defend this place are the people who are treated as “special” compared to us normal people who have to sit around and wait !!!! Absolute waste of money !!

Really disappointed 3 hours in the shop my nails are messy and all kinds of shapes not the standard I'm used to and extremely annoyed at the waste of time.
