Appalling service and lies.
1Needed a single tyre fitted onto an existing wheel. Despite requesting he be careful with the painted wheel he absolutely butchered it. Then he proceeded to attempt to balance it. It was clear he was clueless.
They suggested I should leave it with them for the "boss" to get back. I was called and told the balancing was done.
They lied to me...and took me for a fool. I took the wheel and tyre to another company. It was 175/65gms out.
I doubt they will be in business much longer if they resort to lieing to long standing customers.
And with so many transactions being "cash" I suspect hmrc/vat might like a look at their books?
