Fantastic same day service

Brilliant company. Same day service and a great price for our garage door repair. Very friendly and knowledgeable, as we had had a previous quote from another company who were going to charge a ridiculous price. This guy was great and talked me through the repair and service and was a quarter of the price. Thanks again for an excellent service!

Can’t thank Tom enough. Telephoned late evening as the garage door would close , something had obviously snapped.managed to force it closed. Tom came out the very next morning at the time he said. He has done an excellent job repairing the door. Gave advise on maintenance going forward. He is an absolute gentleman. Very reasonable repair cost.
I would have no hesitation recommending Tyneside garage doors. Once again, thank you so much Tom for your prompt and speedy repair.

Garage Door Repair, the whole experience from start to finish was superb

Superb service. Within an hour we had a return call to agree an assessment the next day. Tom arrived prompt and inspected the work needed and a repair appointment made for the next day.

Tom did an excellent job. He was very responsive to my request and considerate of the needs if my elderly parents. He visited the property quickly and gave a clear assessment of the work involved. He took great care to liaise with the builder even visiting the site to ensure that requirements were met. I feel his fee was value for money given the service we received. Tom kept updated on progress. I would recommend him and we will have no hesitation in using him again.

Fantastic quick garage door fix

When my up and over garage door cables jammed last weekend I called Tyneside Garage Doors to come and fix it. Tom turned up as promised an hour and a half later, put new cables on and made it good as new. Great device for a great price. I thoroughly recommend using this prompt efficient and courteous business if you ever experience similar problems
