Tylers Nottinghill Gate

Bought some party balloons from here which burst within half an hour. Took them back for replacement but they burst again almost immediately.
Manager made a hell of a fuss about replacing them a third time but I insisted. One went flat within a day but at least just made it to the party...
Few days later went back to get 4 sets of three keys cut and NONE of them worked. Went back a second time and then only one of the three sets worked.
The third time at least two of the keys were working but when I took the third set back they finally said "we don't have the right key blank"
I asked for a refund for that one key set and despite having charged me £6 per key the guy tried refunding only £4.
By this time I had utterly had it with him and had to cause a scene to get my money back. Talk about "The customer is always WRONG"...
I think they need to work a bit on their customer service - I was made to feel like it was MY FAULT that all the items I purchased were faulty.

Every time I go into Tylers for one thing I look around and am reminded of what else I need.
All the jobs around the home that I put off can be fixed with something in Tylers. Extremely knowledgable and helpful and friendly staff. They even took the time to look up on line how to change the battery in my car remote control unit.th There is no excuse for me not to tick off all the jobs on my list with something from Tylers now.
