Despite an earlier written quote to trim 3 climbers in garden, Henry tried to add another £100 to the quote when he came back to book the job (he said best time to trim was a couple of months after he quoted). He set a day and time to do job, but never showed up or bothered to call. He wouldn't take my calls, but eventually I got through on the office phone. Said he got "caught up in another job." Would call to reschedule after speaking to Gary. Never did, so I chased him up again. I wasted a lot of time with Twynam and Woods. Totally unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy (written quote meant nothing). Do NOT waste your time.

Look no further! Henry and his team are the best.
Attention to détail was faultless. They care about trees - even it seemed for the one they got rid of from the root. A swift job well done. And they cleaned up, too.

Really pleased - they turned up when they said they would for both the quote and work. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Worked efficiently as a team to get the job done and best of all cleared up so well you wouldn't know they had been. I'd call on them again.
