Dried out any water that had got underneath the split and applied a generous coat of acrypol, this will stop any further leaks.
There was a split in the valley and water had gotten underneath causing a leak into the house.
Re-pointed all joints on the chimney
All mortar had fallen out of the joints in the chimney
New section of gutter installed
Replacing damaged section of gutter
Gutter was damaged and the stop end cap had fallen off.

I discovered a downpipe had fallen from the gutter causing water to run down the wall which was becoming damp. I rang TWP and they came out the same day, sorted the problem in a few minutes and didn't charge me. I'll certainly use them again if I need to and would recommend them without hesitation.

Bradley is a lovely guy, came round and cleared and cleaned our gutters and noticed our neighbours were in need of the same. I popped round and they asked me to get him to do the work. Bradley gave us a discount as he completed two houses instead of one. He noticed two broken tiles on our roof above the bay window and said he would get replacements, no one else had been able to find replacements but Bradley did and came and fitted them. Nothing is too much trouble for Bradley

Excellent service, very professional. Bill and Brad arrived on time ( on the day I called) understood what’s needed to be done and came up solutions and got on with the job. Great Father land son team. would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish!

TWP gutters recently completed some gutter work on my fathers house, and safe to say from start to finish they went the extra mile to provide the best quality service possible. Cleaning the gutters to an excellent standard, and took the time to ensure the outside of the property was left spotless and no mess left behind. Had a great experience with this company’s and would certainly recommend and use again!
