Great service and very good rates for alterations.

My first time visiting this tailor and my experience was poor. I didn't appreciate being curtly told to wait outside as they only allow one customer in at a time (despite two people already being inside), which immediately rubbed-me the wrong way. After speaking to the tailor I was told it would not be worth the money to have my jacket tailored due to the work required, which was understandable. When asked if they offered any kind of measurement service (a service for which I would have paid) in order to obtain accurate measurements for myself I was told they "do not really do that" - surprising for a tailor.

In a time where small businesses are often closing, I would have thought good customer service would have been a given, apparently not. I will not be using this business again and I will take my custom elsewhere.

3 items of expensive clothing that had faults making them unwearable. Ordinarily I'd have thrown them out but I was recommended to use TW Moore. I'm really glad that I did. Like new. Great job and a very reasonable cost. I wish I'd known about them years ago.

Hi I forgot to collect my pants on Tuesday afternoon and need them for Wednesday and was wondering if you could maybe open shop so I could collect them would pay extra if you don't mind?
