The brokers were really supportive and found the right product for me. The first offer was not quite enough and they negotiated a slightly higher amount for a slightly higher interest rate. The broker was then with me every step of the way to completion when the money reached my solicitor in good time for our needs. All the explanations about equity release were given clearly and double checked. We are very grateful.

Brilliant Team. Excellent Service and Result

T&A Ltd are a brilliant company. We approached them for mortgage advice because of their expertise with applicants who are completing PhDs (which can often make getting a mortgage difficult), and they did so much for us. They went above and beyond for us, and we have ended up with a great mortgage product, and a largely stress free experience.
