A big thank you - essentially Turners managed to fix a problem that 3 previous plumbers had failed to sort. And they did it in a couple of hours instead of the whole days previously taken. Courteous, friendly, straightforward, no BS. To be finally dealing with someone who knows what they are doing and that I can feel I can trust is a relief. I would happily recommend to others.

Professional, courteous, on time and great communication as to his progress in fixing my CH system.

Very responsive from my first enquiry through to scheduling a visit 4 days before Christmas 2017. Arrived right on time, kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the visit, explained why they were replacing my faulty Actuator with a Honeywell Actuator - longevity, better performance etc. Helped reboot the central heating and run around a bleed radiators of excess air. Really nice gentleman, so easy to have in my house and I really appreciated his communication and explanations.

We have just had a whole new heating system installed. Admittedly I was somewhat anxious but the whole experience was positive. Friendly and helpful chaps who were tidy and attentive. They put up with my silly 'female' questions without rolling an eye! the work was carried out efficiently and the total bill was as priced by Richard. I would wholeheartedly recommend Turners to anyone in need of any sort of plumbing work. One of those that 'does what it says on the tin' companies.
