Excellent service from beginning to end.Left a message on his answerphone and got a call back within the hour. He arrived on time, swept the chimney and did a smoke test. He didn't mind me asking lots of questions and was kind enough to advise me to change my chimney cowl if I wanted to have a wood burner in the future. Issued a certificate then and there.He left the place clean and tidy. A very professional service.
