Always us Tudor Hardware for my DIY jobs found the staff to be helpful , friendly and able to give advice if required. Prices much better than B&Q.

One of the worst businesses I have come across, terrible customer service. Bought some wrong sized nails and nuts by mistake from Tudor Hardware Shop so took them back straightaway to change for the size that I needed. They are not sealed by the way and that's how they sell them, anybody shops there would know. However I thought it would be a simple swap and they were only two small boxes worth less than £2 pounds each and each of them boxes contain no more than 30 nails or screws! But the guys at Tudor went ahead and implied that I might have took some of the nails/nuts out of the boxes and now trying to trick them!! I was utterly disgusted by their behaviour and the level of unprofessionalism. Anyway I then realised it's not worth my time arguing with such people and just paid again for the correct sized ones that I needed and left the existing boxes on their counter anyway so they can make couple of quids! Total disgrace! Would not recommend at all.
