After service was shocking. We had two faults on our hot tub and they didn’t want to know. They told us to find a local hot tub engineer to look at the problem.

Took delivery of hot tub yesterday and can honestly say that from start to finish the service has been exceptional. My initial visit to the showroom was brief as I just wanted to have a quick look and was not ready to make a purchase but Melissa was very welcoming and informative and honestly answered some questions I had and clearly explained the purchasing journey once we were ready. I then returned to place an order after researching online and deciding that the Kenya hot tub would be suitable for us. Alas it was not to be as the option we wanted was no longer available but the salesman was so helpful and searched through alternatives for me and located an Onyx hot tub that was actually a better tub and not a great deal more expensive so order was placed and delivery booked with a crane for our chosen date. The installation and crane went very smoothly exactly as arranged and I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with from start to finish, Ron made us feel at ease from the moment we walked through the door, all questions were answered and there were plenty, we new nothing about hot tubs as we entered but left feeling like we’d had one for years.
The deliver was excellent and so were the two chaps that brought it, we’ve called the customer service line a couple of times for advice and have been dealt with promptly, I cannot fault in any way and would recommend Tubs Direct to anyone. Bob & Pat

AVOID! LIES! BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE!

AVOID!Booked tub with this company 14th May was asked if could wait 6wks, said yes. After 8 wks contacted them on Monday to be told tubs due in next day should hear from them Wednesday, never heard contacted them again on Friday to be told Tub was on way. Stated that wasn't possible no one home & not arranged, agreed on the phone for the following Friday. We booked day off and had to dismantle neighbours gate/fence for access got late afternoon no delivery contacted they said they had wrong tub ours was lost! fuming isn't the word. Was told it would have to be rebooked and to wait 20wks, asked for refund. Got phone call 10 mins after to say after a bit of swopping between orders we could have ours in 6wks agreed (not sure why) and yes 6wks and no contact we phone AGAIN still in production we are told, next day get a call your tub can be delivered next week, phoned few days before to be told no thats a mistake went to shop for refund. Lies all the time! rebooked with another company.

Hi Kelly, I'm sorry you had to endure the delays and changes to the planned dates as a result of the ongoing pandemic, we like many businesses, are all at the mercy of suppliers at the moment. Don't get me wrong, I'm not excusing any tardiness shown by ourselves and for this we do apologise. we always endeavour to get everyone's hot tub to them in the timely manner agreed at the initial point of sale, but due to COVID any given dates for expected arrivals sadly could be subject to change as a result of delays from our suppliers, be it domestic or from overseas. Of course we always do our best to avoid delays that may occur as much as possible, but sadly because of new COVID restrictions and guidelines that the government has put in place, we cannot always prevent them.

We have just received our Kenya Hot Tub and have to say we were very please with the service from this company, from the start when we first decided on getting a Hot Tub they helped us with all the information we needed and when you go to the showrooms, its great to see the Hot Tubs running,(take your Swimsuit).Ha Ha. The lads that delivered the Tub didn't have a easy job to get it in, but they did a brilliant job. We had a couple off problems with the setting up of the Tub, but Ron was great and came out to show us what we needed to do. Would definitely recommended this company.
