Offered prompt appointment and worked hard to solve the problem (which he did). Also gave advice for avoiding issues in future.

My toilet became blocked and no amount of Plunger work or rodding cleared it.
I called TSM and they came out within hours ( much to my surprise). They were courteous, very efficient and friendly, immediately got to work and cleared the blockage very quickly.
I then decided to have a camera inspection to check the condition and I'm so glad I was offered this option. There was Root ingress via a pipe joint and they were able to cut it out whilst I watched on the screen of the camera.
We then located the "root cause" ( sorry about the pun), and dug out the remaining roots from nearby.
Very efficient and fast , friendly service and a good price too !. I'd recommend this Company to anyone with similar problems and I'll use them again in an instant should I get other problems. Many thanks for your efficiency.

We had a blocked toilet and TSM was able to come out within just 3 hours after we phoned them. Very professional and friendly service. TSM fixed the problem and even found a manhole cover we didn't know existed! Will definitely use them again if we have any other problems and would highly recommend.

Phone first thing in the morning and the chap said he be with in the afternoon turned up on time and a great job and even cleaned up the bathroom after would definitely use him again
