Poor CUSTOMER service

Very poor customer service. Appointment cancelled by Ryan (stuck in traffic), no follow on message that day to advise when appointment was rescheduled for. Got a message last minute the next day asking if I was home. I responded about an hour later saying I had just arrived home. No response from Ryan and still no response 2 weeks later.
