Reliable, clean working and honest

I've known Tom over ten years, ever since he fitted a new boiler for me on 4/7/14. I always call Tom for any plumbing and gas certification work. I've always found him to be hard working and honest, reliable, clean working and knowledgeable. I generally don't recommend people, because sadly, most fall short, but I have no problems recommending Tom.

Great Service

Came within 2 hours for Broken boiler with smell of gas. Advised of best cause of action, isolated boiler and returned next day to Fix problem. Would highly recommend

First class service

I needed a boiler repair and called TS Plumbing and Thomas came out the same day - a Sunday!! He tried to repair the boiler but he told me that the repair was going to be pretty expensive. I had already thought that I might have a new boiler as the old one had given me faithful service over 18 years so I decided to have a new one. Thomas installed a Baxi 830 combination boiler including a magnetic filter and a Hive wi-fi thermostat which gave me remote control over the heating system. The installation was quick and efficient and he made sure that everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with everything. He even registered my 10 year parts and labour guarantee with Baxi. He cleaned up after the work and boxed-in the pipes and the filter. I have never had better service and I cannot praise him enough. If you have a plumbing or heating problem TS Plumbing Services is the place to go. and will definitely be my choice to carry out the annual service on my new boiler.
