Order 2 bags food one arrived damaged tried ringing got told to ring online number never answered emailed got told send picture did so got told replacement would be sent and damaged good collected nobody came email again and no reply so emailed again asking when I would get replacement got told not replacing now due to emailing to much so no replacement good and no refund very bad company to deal with

Terrible customer service.

I received my order on time. One item was missing. All the items in the invoice had check marks, apart from the missing item. So they knew that the item was missing before they sent it. However, no one informed me about the changes, nor the fact that I was charged for it. I was f charged for it! When I complained, they sent me an email about their zero abuse policy. Their emails were arrogant "we've been in this business for 20 years blah blah". I don't care how long you were in business, you messed up my order, didn't inform me about the missing item AND charged me for it. No apologies. If I hadn't noticed, they wouldn't even refund. How disgusting! Also, the company offers incentives for 5 star reviews. Absolutely disgraceful.

The review below is hilarious! These are some of the nicest people I've ever met! They are so helpful and knowledgeable about all of their products, they have great prices , cheaper than a lot of other places and honestly couldn't recommend them more! I order regularly online and it comes mainly the next day, wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Ordered Suet Pellets from this store online. THEIR website was incorrect and showed the requested flavour as being in stock. Error 1

They then had NO customer service and assumed I'd want another flavour, sending me out an alternative without checking with me first. Error 2

Refused to refund me without a returned item that Royal Mail had said had been delivered but they said hadn't arrived. Error 3

Obtained proof from Royal Mail it had been delivered and they said they'll refund. I then had to chase my refund. Error 4

They refunded me my product but not all my postage (under half) even though it was clearly THEIR error for why I had to return it in the first place. Error 5

Amongst all this then then also said I returned it to the wrong address however it was sent to the address on THEIR invoice!!! Error 6.

No sincere apology, no level or resemblance of customer service. Biggest Error was mine for ordering from them in the first place. AVOID AVOID AVOID
