Excellent customer service

Purchased our electric roller shutter garage door about 18 months ago and we were really pleased with the service we received and the value for money. Last night we had a problem with the door and I emailed the company and received a reply almost immediately confirming someone would be with us first thing this morning. Dave turned up bang on time, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed the door there and then. It's refreshing to deal with a company who look after their customers further down the line. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Garage door

Great service from Dave. He managed to fit me in the same day. Changed the cables on my garage door and gave it a service. It works like a brand new door. Highly recommend.

Excellent

I had a fault with my roller garage door and stopped at Daves shop on Northgate Aldridge. Dave ordered and supplied a new motor by the following day at a very competitive price. I took him up on his kind offer of help to set up the motor at my home. It is clear he is vastly experienced in this area of work and has very high standards. The support Dave provided was excellent. It's clear he is passionate about using his expertise to both fix and supply garage doors. I've confidently passed his number to a builder I know. Thank you.
