Their website said, SHOWROOM OPEN NOW but I phoned to check if they could give me a quote and I was told YES. In fact, after driving for an hour I found that the showroom had been empted and was completely closed. I was then taken to a ramshackle storage area where double glazing units were stacked on top of one another. My escort told a worker in the facility that I wanted to get a feel for the locking mechanism whereupon the worker began stroking a door whilst mockingly saying how nice it felt. I asked when I could expect a quote to supply a door. My escort responded by blowing bubbles whilst flicking her lips with her fingers. Eight days later a quote arrived in my email.
However I'd made my decision a week earlier and paid a deposit to a company that exuded professionalism and competence. Funnily enough, that wasn't TWG.

Contacted last night for an emergency call out, attended within an hour to let me know and the price was very reasonable.

I needed some window film applying to my door to allow some privacy from bypassers. TWG were able to offer me two solutions in which I opted to have film applied rather than new glass. A good reasonable price and happy to do business with a local firm.

Had a recent survey done by TWG for a new build of ours. We have thoroughly enjoyed their input and work over the last two weeks and will continue to use them for any future projects. Can’t recommend highly enough.
