I will create a person centred care plan and risk assessments to ensure your needs are met to the highest standards and any risks reduced regular reviews and monitoring to ensure your care needs are always met

I work closely with district nurses, gps, occupational therapist and any other health care professional necessary to ensure any concerns are raised and dealt with immediately where consent has been gained any named family members or friends will be contacted regarding any concerns

I am fully trained including vocational qualifications currently working towards achieving my level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social care

I have a enhanced DBS check and public liability insurance along with business insurance for the car competitive rates without sacrificing high standards of care
