After having repeated trouble with plumbing at a Tennanted property I own, that several visits from other companies over the years had never resolved , I decided to try Tru Flow.
They arrived promptly and almost immediately identified the problem arising from inadequate external drainage, which none of the other companies had said ( infact, all other companies had either rod or flushed the pipes through)
Tru Flow replaced inadequate drains and as to date I've had no further problems ! Result at long last!!!
They were very competitively priced too so double result !!

Delighted with service and work time turnaround. Jamie provided an outstanding service with great communication and would definitely be top of my list for any future work. Tenant was also delighted with service. All in all a fab experience. Highly recommend.

Contacted Tru Flow Drainage about a collapsing manhole. Jamie came with Ash and examined the defect & a quote for the work would follow. Once quote agreed Jamie & Ash arrived on time & promptly carried out the work. In addition carried out a camera check, jet washed the system drainage system removing wood, bits of brick and metal from the drainage run. An access point was inserted in the vent stack. On completion they cleared the site leaving everything clean & tidy. Jamie & Ash where cheerful & kept me informed as the works proceeded.
An excellent service with excellent customer care at a really good price, 5 star highly recommended, if you have a drainage problem first call Jamie at Tru Flow Drainage. ( shame about the colour of the manhole cover lol)

Fab from start to finish.

We contacted Jamie to discuss excess surface water in our garden after heavy downpours left our garden water logged and soggy 🙄. Jamie was very prompt in visiting the property to discuss our options and from start to finish and the telephone communication was excellent. Quotation was provided and accepted by us and we were given a 4 week lead time which was adhered to. Work started and it was completed within the given timeframe. Our lawn was put back and you can hardly tell that work has just taken place. The entire patio and driveway was cleaned down straight after the work and everything was left in a pristine condition. Thank you Jamie, Tracy and Ash. Highly recommended.
