Very disappointing experience!
1Hello Ian, We are very disappointed to read this review. The tree work you had requested us to undertake was not a straightforward project as part of the work was on land that you don’t own. It is an area of shared woodland that runs along the boundary of your housing development. We were in the process of gathering information on the area of land. Stacy spoke to you on the 18th (Advised no information had been obtained as of yet) and on the 19th (Advised she would speak further with me to seek advice on how to progress). Unfortunately, you have then come to leave us a 1-star review on the 20th. However, it does demonstrate how we as a company strive to go beyond our responsibilities to help potential and current customers when we can!
