Jim and the team arrived promptly at 8 a.m. this morning to trim overhanging branches coming into my back garden from a neighbouring estate. The job was no easy task, but Jim and the team were able to complete the job to a really high standard! Jim listened to what I wanted and then double-checked with me what he was planning to do before proceeding. The job was completed quickly and to a high standard by 9 a.m., including an immaculate tidy-up of my garden. All staff were friendly and easy to talk to with good communication. When Jim first came around to review my garden to see what I wanted done, you could tell he knew his craft well and quoted me a fair price. The price stayed the same on job completion, there were no extra add-ons or surprises at the end! If you are looking for any tree surgery services with friendly people, good communication, and the job completed quickly to a very high standard at a fair price, I would highly recommend TRS Tree Management! After receiving their quote and agreeing the work with all owners of the flat, I contacted TRS to let them know we would like to go ahead with the work and asked for a date when the work could be carried out. They told me they will be in touch ASAP to let me know. After waiting for days and days, I've called to chase up a date and was told they were working on their calendar and will let me know by the end of the week. After not hearing from them as promised, I called them up again and I was told they will let me know in a few days. Again, heard nothing so had to call once again. Finally, 2 weeks, 7 phone calls later, and numerous text messages later I get a date. Fast forward 3 weeks and I receive a call from TRS the day before the date arranged (at 6.30pm), to let me know they will not be able to attend the following day at 8am. Absolute joke of a company!! Wasted over a month of our time keeping us in a limbo and then promising they will do the work just to cancel at last minute!!!
