Collected my uneeded sofa bed this morning. They were brilliant from start to finish. Easy to set up a pick up. Kept me informed of progress and called before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. Friendly and efficient service and it's free!!! Hope the sofa bed sells and supports the charity. Thanks Trinity.

I donated some furniture to Trinity, they were very helpful and caring when they came to collect, a free service too. Very careful with the furniture they took and turned up promptly at the arranged time. I would certainly recommend Trinity as a caring and helpful charity furniture store.

It’s a pleasure to deal with Trinity. I have made donations to them over a number of years and always found them to be reliable, courteous and helpful. Today (20th August) two gentlemen from the Hayes store dismantled a bed and a wardrobe to take away. I think that its a good thing that is being done for the Home less. The charity shop trinity in willow tree Lane Hayes Is were I have given Furniture before, The name trinity is biblical name which is good as well. We have to help the less better off And this is a good way. I have some more Furniture waiting to be collected I have not phoned up yet . I would like to give my home Telephone number and if possible for some one to phone me and say when they can collect the Items as soon as possible. At least I know it will go to a good course.
