Great cut every time

I spent years trying to find the perfect place to get a good haircut every time, but now I've found it I won't be moving! It's a nice friendly relaxed atmosphere, and the staff are lovely too. Would recommend!

Good Haircut's

I have been a customer of Trevor Mitchell International for many years now and every time I visit without fail the customer service is lovely (with a free tea or coffee if you desire one) and the end product is spot on. Never had a bad haircut from here or a bad coffee ;).

Wedding Hair Disaster.

What's worse than your style not going to plan? When the salon don't care. I had my hair put up at this salon and despite a practise session ( which I paid for) and photos taken by the stylist, on the day I could not fit my hat on.
My polite and reasonable contact with the salon was met with disinterest and one week after contacting the man himself I have had no response. The fact they got this wrong was bad enough but not to care is unforgivable. Would never recommend this or any other of his salons.

Unfortunately this client left it a couple of months before contacting us about this - and after leaving the salon seeming happy. We have actually contacted this client although that has not been amended in her review.

My disastrous appointment was on 30th April and my first complaint was 13th May. By my calendar this is two weeks? I did not complain, I hoped to avoid conflict but unfortunately have met with arrogance and indifference . Apparently it's all my fault. Shocking . If you bought faulty goods you would get a refund but if this salon messes up your hair you get nothing.
