The repair of my Kia Sportage seemed to take a long time, and I know that Trenhams were presented with some problems by Kia in terms of spare parts. In point of fact it took just under two months from the day the accident occurred to me getting the car back - and in reality I have no criticism to level at Trenhams. The finished job is everything I could have wished. All my enquiries were answered with patience and professionalism and my interaction with them and the finished product exceded expectations. Obviously I would have preferred the accident not to have happened, but I am delighted to have the car returned to me in such fantastic trim. Well worth the wait!

They quickly solved the problem and offered a car in exchange so that I could use it while the car was being repaired. They did it beautifully and well. When I received the car, it was all shiny and clean inside and out. I was surprised. Thank you very much for the quality and skill.

Excellent and helpful service.

Very helpful and friendly, the lady on reception helped me transfer my items from the curtesy car. The repair looks excellent, also my car was spotlessly clean. My car was released back to me, which I was happy about, however, I'm still waiting for a window trim, which they will call me when available, but I would rather have had my car returned than wait for it to come into stock.
