Treat by Nature and the Stafford Colon Hdrotherapy Centre is a Integrative Treatment Clinic merging traditional natural remedies with modern science. Our treatments include Naturopathic modalities, Colonic Irrigation, Hypnotherapy, CBT, Counselling, Reflexology, Acupressure, Immune Boosting and massages. We are open 7 days a week, mornings, afternoons and evenings, but by appointment only. We are conveniently located only a few minutes walk from the train station with good parking options nearby.

Reflexology, Allan's the best

I have been a reflexology teacher for many years and received a great many reflexology treatments. The reason I go to Allan at Treat by Nature again and again is, in my opinion, he is the best. That anyone could give him a negative 1 star is highly suspicious and it should be ignored

I don't like to write bad reviews but I paid hard earned cash for a very disappointing treatment.

I had reflexology. My feet were stroked a lot, and my toes were pulled, but the reflex points on my feet were not worked on at all. Contact was broken with my feet as the therapist used his hands to emphasise what he was saying whilst chatting. It disrupted my treatment.

I honestly feel that my untrained other half does a better job of massaging my feet. I believe that what I had was more of a very average foot rub than reflexology.

There was no aftercare advice given, something I've been used to from other therapists. I was asked twice to fill out a feedback questionnaire. I felt awkward and would have preferred not to, but was shown where to sit and given a pen. I felt awkward. The therapist hovered until I finished.
Not recommended sorry.

A thoughtful and interesting review. She claims she doesn't like to write bad reviews, yet she wrote a previous one which Yell deleted as it transgressed their policy. She claims the treatment was "disappointing" and "more like a very average foot rub than reflexology". One of my frequent clients is actually a reflexology teacher, so their opinion has some value. The reflexology teacher is going to give me a counter review to put the record straight. The negative reviewer had every opportunity to question their treatment and complain both during and after the treatment, but chose not to. The very reason clients are given a feedback form to complete at the end of the session is that it gives us the chance to resolve any issue there and then. She gave very positive written feedback, so there was no indication of dissatisfaction. She chose instead to cause damage to our reputation and stabbed us in the back. Very unjust.

I can't recommend enough..I first came to see Allan a few months ago (I had previously had colonics further afield but the practioner had retired).
I've not only been happy with the results of the colonics but also the professionalism and how thorough he has been looking into my health to help in any way. I have been struggling with both my health and stress and Allan has been very supportive and encouraging in all aspects.

After being on Accutane to clear my severe acne I have really struggled with gut / digestive symptoms since. I'm currently trying to heal my gut and skin hollistically after being damaged by the side effects from Accutane which left me with awful ibs. Being a 23 year old I never imagined myself being in this position in terms of my health. Alan has been a saviour. I'm so grateful for all the help he has given me and will forever be grateful. Alan makes you feel totally at ease during the hydrotherapy and all modesty is respected. I couldn't recommend someone more. My digestive symptoms have decreased significantly and I will continue seeing Alan for treatments in the near future. Look no further for a professional naturopath that's had years of experience....
