5Terrible after sales service - avoid at all costs.
1Sheena, The vinyl we fitted had been down for over 12 months in 1 of your rented properties.You rang to tell me that the vinyl was lifting.I got my fitter out to the property in less than 24 hours to rectify the problem.Residential vinyl will only lift if it has had water underneath it or like something has been dragged over it causing it to ruck up.My fitter took photos of the vinyl what had holes in it and rips.Not from the lack of adessive we had “not” used. I actually sent you the photos on WhatsApp. When we left it was flat, hole free and rip free but 12 months or so later the floor has gained rips and holes and that's our fault according to you. It's a shame you didn't write us a positive review from the first time you used us when the same fitter done another one of your rented houses where you had him moving furniture, white good etc what wasn't part of the deal but hey we didn't moan and you was happy with the service back then as well as the price cos you came back to us.

Avoid - lacking in quality and good service
1Andrea,First of all ive never met you in person and it was my Dad who was dealing with your mum. At the time your mums new carpet was being fitted our shop had to close as I was self isolating as my Dad who was dealing with your mum had caught covid. My fitter had not come in to contact with us so he we ok to carry on working.On the day your mums carpet was being fitted his daughter had been rushed into alder hey. He phoned me up telling me he’d cut up your mums carpet wrong and could I get another carpet.I told him to fit your mums carpet even if it wasn’t right cos I didn’t want her left without no carpet and apologise to her.You knew the job needed replacing. When I told you our situation about us being closed you just said “Well let’s just blame covid” I thought that was pretty poor you saying that.I don’t really know what else you wanted me to do? The fitter made an error and he himself rectified it. We are only human and we do make mistakes but we rectified your mums.
