Hired a 240V mixer from this branch and was horrified to discover that it was all live and if either myself or my builder had touched it we could have been electrocuted or even killed, if you use this branch be aware that they clearly don't check or do the basics correctly, when I complained to the branch manager because John the tool hire guy was very unhelpful and I was not happy with his excuses so I raised my complaint with the branch manger Duncan he was the same unhelpful and full of excuses and at one point tried to blame or my builder, very poor customer service and typical of a large company, use Jewsons they where more helpful and the equipment looked a lot better
