Poor delivery,

Made my order online and paid for delivery to my home address.
Was told on the web page the local branch would be in touch.
I heard nothing from the local branch so l emailed them was told l could have a delivery next day, next day came and went, still no delivery. Same happened next day and the next, each time told driver not turned in to work.
Waiting still just been told "they are loading it on the truck now", l'll believe it when I see it.
