Not good. Had to cancel flights due to bereavement, offered £11 credit against £800 of flights, not sure what happened to refund of any taxes and the American airlines credit that they offer if booked directly but I never saw it !.. have booked flights since using other companies, slightly more expensive than this company but don't want to risk it

I booked a flight to Asia through their website, having found them via Skyscanner. Shortly after, I discovered numerous complaints on reputable review platforms, labeling them as unreliable and sometimes even a scam. Concerned, I emailed Travel UP the day after booking to cancel and requested a full refund.

Despite my timely cancellation, they attempted to charge me £125, even though no service had been provided. Instead of resolving the matter, they issued an e-ticket. Upon checking this e-ticket with Air China, I found it was invalid—no ticket had actually been booked.

Travel UP then refused to refund my payment of £643, claiming their 72-hour policy applied, even though I had terminated the agreement before they issued the invalid ticket. Their actions seem deliberately misleading.

Based on my experience, Travel UP cannot be trusted to deliver the services they promise. If you're considering booking with them, I strongly suggest you avoid them.

Do NOT book with this company. They scam you and take your money. Booked a flight from Manchester to New York with them and they have messed up my booking and will not refund me. They also like to call you at 12:30am at night to discuss bookings and payments, bare in mind it advises on their website they close at 7pm. Absolutely shocking company!!!!

My experience with TravelUp has been awful. Warning don’t book through these guys!!! The hurricane Debby that hit Florida came up the East coast and we had reservations at Wyndham in Va Beach right on the coast. We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday going deep sea fishing, family flying in. The captain of our boat said we would not be able to go out due to Coast Guard Advisory not small craft, Gale winds, and Coastal flooding. We then called the hotel who said no we don’t advise you to come in the case the hotel is flooded we will not be able to allow you to check in. We were forced to cancel BUT TravelUp blamed a third party for not refunding me. I called Agoda and Priceline who both said their policy would be to refund. These guys kept my money! DO NOT USE TRAVEL UP! We now can not afford to reschedule our family celebration.

Really terrible company. I would not recommend booking with them. I booked flights with them about 9 months in advance received confirmation and thought it was all settled. I luckily checked with the airline about four months after I booked and the airline confirmed that the agency had not even attempted to book the flights with them. I raised this with the company who then offered me alternative flights that were about 10hrs longer or only had 1hr transfer times. Because I could not accept these options I had to cancel the booking. It took six weeks to get my refund and even then I did not get a full refund, the company kept £65 for processing fees. So basically I paid them £65 to keep my money for 6months and not book my flights. Awful service and so much extra stress, and time wasted. ,
