System automatically picks wrong date

System picks automatically wrong dates
I booked at ticket for Dec 24th and the travel up website picked up SEP 24th instead. I called within 30 minutes as soon as I noticed the mistake in their confirmation email. The customer service personnel said that since I may have opened more than one browser page, the website sometimes picks up the wrong date. I had to cancel the ticket same day and I was charged £200 for admin charges. Have requested multiple time to refund that money as the it is a system error. But no response yet. I strongly advise not to use this website.

Dont use these they are false advertising using pictures of upgraded rooms and when you go to the place you belived you booked you get something else thats like a prison block! Nothing like the photos they advertise! When you contact them they couldnt care less and they try blame the hotel and we should get money back from them when youve booked via them when i pay for a holiday i expect similar rooms to whats advertised not what we actually got!

Booked my airfare home to the States, received booking confirmation details and payment authorized emails after booking. 2 weeks later, receive an email saying my payment has not been authorized and my flight/tickets have been cancelled! No warning, no email, no phone call But the payment was taken from my credit card the day of booking.Called to ask why my flight was cancelled and they said I need an authorization code. Card carrier says there is no authorization code to give, but that TravelUp has successfully received payment, if they have an issue to contact them for the verification code.Call TravelUp again, they cannot confirm my tickets. Nothing else to do - "it's just our policy." So Travel Up has had my money for weeks and cancels my tickets without warning because of an inexistent code. Now flights are more expensive and I can't pay for new ones until TravelUp refunds the money they've had for weeks. Will never book with them again do not trust this business!
