Great minibus company excellent customer service will certainly be using again soon

AVOID. AVOID. Can't leave zero or minus stars. they phone minibus operators to cover jobs tell them one price and pay them a different one if they pay them, underpaid my £1330 invoice and still owe me £530, 2 minibuses for 4 days only want to pay £800 = £100 a day I could stack shelves at tesco for more with no financial out lay, they also use UNLISENCED operators /vehicles AVOID AVOID only use reputable operators

I booked a minibus to take myself and 13 family members to Manchester Airport. THE MINIBUS DID NOT ARRIVE. At 4am we were stranded and there was no answer to my frantic calls. If you are looking for a reliable service look elsewhere.

The worst “customer service“ I’ve ever experienced! Emma Thompson is going rude and unprofessional. The “luxury” bus was dirty, smelly and old. Emma would not help us and only cared about making sure the driver “collected the money in full”. We paid over 1,000 pounds for a dusty old van for 2 days and when we complained, she refused to help and stopped answering the phone when we needed her. I wouldn’t let my dog ride in these buses or use this service again!

Hired for a two day event including one evening, the driver was brilliant, we had to change our route a few times over the course of the event and he was calm and pleasant. Minibus arrived on time and was where it needed to be when it needed to be there. Nice, clean mini-bus and would use again.
