Still waiting for the refund but not responding

Had 4 trips booked with them so I sent them an email to confirm everything was ok a coupled of days before our trip as I had not heard anything from them and they informed me that they had to cancel at the last minute and told me that they would send me a refund and compensation. This was before Christmas and they told me it would take a few working days. I have not received the refund and have sent several emails and they have not replied. Do not reply to WhatsApp or answer the mobile number and the landline number connected at first with no answer but now does not connect.

We visited the UK as a family with several luggage, we were picked up from Heathrow to Birmingham. The driver assisted us with making sure our luggage are safely stowed, he went the extra mile to contact our host using his mobile. His driving was professional and their prices are great.
I will recommend their services.

At the beginning of booking, I was worried as my initial booking request was lost but Alex picked it up for me and I managed to secure the booking. The coach and mini bus drivers arrived in plenty of time and were courteous and helpful. The coach and minibus were clean, tidy and comfortable.

Urgent booking request.

I work for a language school and had 29 young students who needed to get to Gatwick. We had under 10 hours to find a coach! I requested a quote from the Transport Hire and they called me back within 20 minutes!! Travis made every effort to help me and he had to rearrange a few things to fit us in which we was extremely grateful for! The coach arrived on time at 2am and the group of students made there flight and arrived in comfort! Travis was extremely helpful and kind and they made such an effort to help me, they made the whole process stress free and i can not thank Travis and the team for all their help!
