After visiting Donna at her Calm and Restful Hypnotherapy Studio in Leeds I have found a new level of understanding of myself and my self- destructive habits.
I definitely recommend a visit if there is any area of your life that needs some improvement. Also, if you need some balance in your life, pop along and have some sessions. I absolutely feel the benefit from seeing Donna myself.
