Paulo (the owner) is one of the most caring souls I have ever met and his mission to make everyone be a better version of themselves can be found here.
The coffee (and brownies) are great and there is a lovely community feel about the seating area,.
The crystal shop is beautiful with so much choice and the lovely Linda will intuitively advise you if you are not sure what you are looking for. I have also had several treatments from Linda and her reiki is the best I have ever had…she just seems to know what you need.
The classes- there is something for everyone!
I have done the Pilates with Belle who is an amazing teacher, very knowledgeable and patient and I always leave her class feeling energised but calmer at the same time.
Lisa’s yoga will slow you down (something we all need at times) and you will leave the class so chilled you may need a coffee for the drive home. Amazing place x

What a wonderful place to invest yourself. The vibe of the studio is just so beautiful. It’s a place where you want to spend your time. The uniqueness of services and classes is refreshing. The teachers and staff are all so welcoming and offers a real community vibe for everyone to soak up all the goodness the studio has to offer. Definitely recommend

Whether you want mindful exercise or high energy, it’s all there … and delivered by lovely professional teachers and practitioners, who are always working and evolving their practice to offer the best wellbeing experience.
