Transcend studios offer many treatments and classes .Qi Gong ,Yoga ,Crystal healing ,sound baths ,80s aerobics ,massage ,tarot readings along with much more .There is a lovely cafe offering cakes coffee, light lunches and delicious smoothies .There is a lovely shop selling Crystal's, jewellery, clothes ,essential oils, candles to name a few .
Transcend is a very relaxing place from the minute you walk through the door .The staff are very welcoming .
I have joined different classes ,Qi Gong, Soundbath, Sound cradles and Cher yoga .
Cher yoga taught by the lovely Laura and is for all ages and is great for people with physical conditions for example Arthritis.
Cher yoga is to music, which makes it more fun.
I recommend Transcend Studios .

Such a great place, I did a sound healing journey and it was so beautiful! The space is lovely and the people are so friendly. I felt like I was greeted like an old friend.

After months of back pain due to a physically demanding job, I decided to try a back massage given by Paulo Still. He has an incredibly calming energy which puts you at ease from the get go. The massage itself was thorough, with excellent pressure and I have felt a noticeable difference since.
I would’ve loved for it to be longer because the time literally flew by and will definitely be having this regularly as part of my self care routine. Thanks again 😊🌸
