Absolutely amazing came across a problem with my car and the bloke and my self sorted it top bloke would 100% Recommend this company very professional and have a lot of knowledge 5* thank you very much oh and it is the cheapest company around 😃

They fitted two tow bars for me in December. To a Transit and a Tipper.
I was gonna review but forgot. They have just rang to ask if I would.
Only happy to. Good service, price and fitting.
Yes will use again on other company vans.

Had a tow at fitted to my Audi A3 and I have to say that I would recommend Trailertrek Towbars to fit your towbar. Right from the off they were helpful and informative... The fitter turned up when they said and did a great towbar installation. Really happy with my towbar and would definitely have another fitted by this company. Thanks Amelia

Happy with tow bar but Office Manager, Michaela did not deal with issue well

Fitter arrived on time and quality of work seemed good. Very poor customer service.
Sour taste left in my mouth after admin error created invoice to include number plate (not previously expected) but then reinforced by fitter that it would be coming through the post as their machine wasn't working.
Michaela, Office Manager didn't apologise but got very defensive told me that I was being unreasonable to expect the number plate that I had been invoiced for and that had been confirmed by the fitter it was coming.

I am pleased the service you PAID FOR was completed to a high standard. You rang a week later to complain that you hadn't received a registration plate. I checked your order and noted that you had neither requested or paid for one. You confirmed this was correct but explained there had been an error on the paperwork which lead the fitter to assume you had ordered one, he had apologised for not having it and said it would be sent through the post. An honest person might have said that they hadn't ordered one - you chose not to. Your complaint is that we 'changed your expectations' and you demanded to be sent one for free. I did apologise for the admin error, and offered to send one to you if you wished to purchase it. You declined adding that I hadn't heard the last of it. I'm sorry that you found me defensive in declining to send you goods that you hadn't paid for, I stand by it. You thought you were going to get something for nothing and didn't. You can't win them all!
