Job unsatisfactory , the front part broke after few weeks.
I tried to email the company the email not contactable.
I phoned many times and they promise to call back but no one came back to me now even not answering the phone, although the company will give 5 year guarantee

Please don’t use this Compagny spent a lot for my driveway. My driveway the block paving moving and lost the level for sub base . He not answering my message. Don’t waste the money with this company.

I am very unsatisfied with how the work was done.
On Monday the workman( Lawrence )took all the old slabs and work did not start until Thursday although the weather was sunny during those days, the communications with workmen is not there to ensure that the work is carried out professionally and timely.
Thomas promised to finish job in 3-4 days and take his money once the project is finished and we are satisfied, however he called me shouting when we have concerns about the steepness of the side, I have told him that we need to use the side for a wheel chair (for my mother who is disabled) accusing me of lying!
I think there is a poor communication problem between the boss and the workman and the job was not supervised at all to prevent mistakes before they occurs.
Tom’s dad came and took the money of the project in cash,(£3750) even when the job is not finished and we we are unhappy, he tried to remedy the

I recently used this company absolutely amazing so helpful all through the job vary quick at what they do but most importantly very professional very friendly staff and very understanding about my disabled mother needs and keeping her happy we don’t really like using new contractors we don’t know we more then happy that we did and we absolutely be our new contractor many thanks to Treadstone And the team
