Upon visiting Toyland Scarborough I took back a duplicated purchase. When requesting money back discovered they issued credit notes (no problem) but the manager (Emma Cooke) was very insulting insinuating I could not read. When I asked for her name and H.O. address she wrote it in big letters so I could read. try somewhere else to shop with better customer care with Xmas coming

Always had excellent service in this shop - new layout is great and staff very helpful..more importantly my son always finds the toy he is looking for.
