I can't fault this company one bit. There customer service is by far one of the best i've known. You can tell there a family business by the way they are . They kept in touch throughout the lead up to my car being collected and to the return. When they delivered my car back with the A frame it was fully explained on how to use it. The workmanship is spot on with eveything finished to perfection. The product itself is extremely well made and i was very impressed. I needed a tow bar for my Ford Ranger so like most people i rang around to get prices, The reason i went to TOWtal is because from the moment i contacted them they were very polite and explained everything i needed and the price was very competitive. It was booked in and was greeted by the service manager and in no time they called me to say the work was completed. I inspected my pickup and the product and workmanship was first class. The service manager took time to talk to me and wasn't just taking a payment and pushing me out the door, i would recommend this company to anyone as Towtal are a very professional company.
