Phoned the call number after waiting on a car from sunnyside station and was swearing at by a staff member who then hung phone up at me after me asking where abouts my cab was that was due to arrive won't ever use them or recommend them

Never sent a car and made me wait OVER AN HOUR! Would never use this company again!!!! What’s worse is that their depot was directly next door to where our restaurant was! Lied to us at the start that there was a car each time I called.

Called for a taxi, couldn't find my address on their system so they called me half hour later. Then 40 min later I called them back 4 times from same mobile but no answer. Called hem from another and they answered and said they hadn't put it on system because they couldn't find it! Young family waiting over an hour to get home now having to wait even longer for another conpany and not even an apology!

i work for a major tyre company and wanted them to pick a tyre up from coatbridge to bailieston . but they wanted paid upfront? i have spent well over £1k this year on taxis and never heard anything like it .
