Bill was a true gentleman, wholly professional and trustworthy. It was clear why he was still in business after 50+ years. He came out to advise on several damp patches and our damp course which we were concerned about. He thoughtfully listened to our hypotheses about where the damp was coming from and after a thorough inspection advised that if we fixed our leaks and issues then the damp would resolve itself. He did not try to rip us off, unlike another company who said we had rising damp and wanted to rip half our edwardian hallway out at the cost of thousands. I had really bad rising damp on one wall in kitchen. James came out and completed an amazing job. Very thorough job, alongside cleaning up after himself. To cap it all his plastering to finish the job is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a damp problem.

Claim to be trading for over 40 years but when you present them with a 10 year warranty they say they are not trading. Avoid they will not come and fix their work. Use a reputable companies. It is the same company DEFINITELY I contacted them using the details from the original guarantee. Even using the same phone number!
