We had several banks of LEDs installed in a cowshed this summer. The work had tight deadlines as there was only a limited time before the cows had to come back in. Town and Country completed the work promptly and to our satisfaction. There were several areas where the supplier had not provided information (and one part was missing), but T&C dealt with them to resolve everything and get it completed on time. They were also extremely helpful with support afterwards, helping us to clear up a couple of minor issues and get it all set up perfectly.

What a fantastic company! I’ve never been so impressed with someone before.
I needed some security cameras installing so after looking round I decided to give Town & Country a call. The man who answered the phone was very polite and helpful and arranged for someone to call round to have a look at what was required and to give me a price.
When the engineer came round he was also very polite and quickly realised what was needed and got a price sorted for me.
When I had the quote arrive a few days later I was more than happy with the price and was quickly on the phone to arrange the installation.
The engineer was here for a day to install the equipment and everything is now all up and running and I’m so pleased with the work they have done. Very polite the whole way through and they were also very tidy, you can’t tell they’ve been!
I can’t recommend them enough! Brilliant!

Poor customer service

We approached Town and Country to have a Freeview Ariel installed and 5 points throughout the house, One of the directors visited us to look at the job he was extremely nice and said that the office would be in touch with us to give us the price, We had just had a new born so this was at the back off our minds, however a month passed and no call. We rang them and asked for the price thinking that it was just one of those things that we hadn't had a call back, As a customer service manager I understand that although they shouldn't forget customers sometimes things get over looked.
When we got through a gentleman answered and told us not to worry he would get back to us in the next few days so we left it and waited for the call. I then gave it yet another week and no call
Today I phoned them back and had a cheerful lady answer the phone that was until I asked to put in a complaint her tone of voice was very surly and you could tell that she didn't actually care, when I had finished telling her the issue she made no attempt to make any sort of apologises for the issue just said thank you in a very irate tone and hung up on me.
Now town and country being part of the JH Wands group generally is very good however due to the combination of the extremely poor service and the absolute atrocious attitude of the lady on the phone I could never in good consciousness recommend them to anyone again.
