Towler & Staines is a well established bottled gas supplier which has built up an enviable reputation over the last 60 years. With a low turnover of staff we can boast an in depth knowledge and expertise in all aspects of LPG (Calor Gas) and appliances. We are a forward looking dynamic team dedicated to giving the highest levels of customer service and our goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of every customer. We have 2 retail outlets which are in Bradford and Keighley, both stock a wide range of bottled gas appliances which include, mobile heaters, gas barbecues, patio heaters, camping and caravan accessories. A bottle gas company with no gas
2The second time was BBQ gas and i was told no new contracts were getting made so no sale (I managed to get a new contract at a different store in Bradford)
The third time was just now, I asked for food grade CO2 and was told no.
As blunt as that, he just said no. No explanation, no apology.... Just NO
So is there any point in this "bottled gas supplier" being open?
The very next bottled gas company to open in Keighley will easily take the customer base

Poor customer service
1I was told they I could not exchange to other product for reasons I just do not understand nor could the sales person really explain. Informed that i have to use all the gas I could then exchange. Another salesman asked me to return my appliance instead, would prefer him to provide a simple swap rather than comment on products he knows nothing about, found his tone quite rude. As you can imagine this advice was as useful as a chocolate kettle. Will now look to see if friends need the gas to then return it get back my retainer, will then use a more professional/customer focused company in future

I am not sure of the gas/fittings that you wanted to exchange or when you bought them, but if you contact the branch manager at our Bradford shop, he will ensure your issues are resolved. I do hope you will give us the opportunity to make things right for you.
